The story of a young girl, Augusta Fox (Janda Hay), discovering she is the daughter of an aging famous violin player Nicholas Astrov (George Anderson).
Astrov's wife (Nancy Coon) figures it all out and confronts her husband while her close friend Lady Fox (Toddy Middleton) visits with the Astrovs. Mayhem ensues, accusations fly, friendships end...but only temporarily...friends are friends forever.
